Why it’s awesome: Our wrestling class is always working hard. It is a tougher class for sure. We have a great mix of students. Beginner to advanced. Peoples first time on the mat along with high school and college wrestlers. This class is based on traditional wrestling more than wrestling for MMA.

You can attend this class if your just looking to learn wrestling or if your interested in competitions. This class also works great with our Jiu-Jitsu Classes.
